All agarwood raw materials and products (wood chips, powder, bracelets, etc.) we use are legally sourced. The species involved are Aquilaria spp. and Gyrinops spp. (Aquilaria pseudoaquilegia), listed in Appendix II of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). All cross-border commercial exports are accompanied by a CITES Export Permit. Whether an import permit is required in the importing country depends on domestic law. Buyers are responsible for confirming local requirements and obtaining one before placing an order.
